My Story

As a wife and mother of three including identical twins, I curate experiences for my family centered around food and travel. In the early stages of my career as a journalist, I focused on advocacy and the representation of marginalized voices. I grounded myself in fitness and utilized my experience to unlock my clients' fitness potential. While working in television news, my passion for food, nutrition, and wellness sparked an idea to document my training for an Olympic distance triathlon. Blogging my experience turned into a weekly health and fitness feature for ABC11 WTVD News and served as a catalyst to return to the classroom and learn more about nutrition.
